How do I get my purchased documents?

Once payment is made, an email will instantly be sent to your inbox with a download link.  ALWAYS REMEMBER TO CHECK YOUR SPAM OR JUNK FOLDER.

 

What if there is an issue with the link or the document(s)?

If there are any technical issues, simply respond to the email received after purchase and we will ensure the issue is resolved in a timely manner.

 

How do I use the documents?

All the documents are ready to go. Simply fill in the areas highlighted in blue with the relevant information.

 

Are the documents both PC and MAC compatible?

Yes.

 

Do you offer a refund?

Yes. If you are not completely satisfied with individual purchases within 5 days from purchase we will gladly issue a full refund. This excludes the Mega Pack. There is no refund on the Mega Pack order. 

 

Do I need to leave the disclaimer found at the top of each document?

No. The disclaimer is there for your protection and can be deleted prior to using.

 

Can I purchase the Master Media Contact list and Global Funding Guide?

Unfortunately they are only available with the purchase of the MEGA PACK, which includes our entire library and free unlimited updates.

 

How do I know if the document is right for me?

Each document comes with an easy to understand description of its content and suggested use.

 

Why do some documents have the same description but different titles?

Some of our documents fall under multiple categories and as such they may have a different title. However each document has its own unique ID number regardless of its title ensuring you don’t make the same purchase twice.

 

What payment method do you accept?
