This document is used when a Production Company and/or Producer must place funds for the services of an Actor in “escrow” also known as “in trust.” Ideal and a must when dealing with a Star. It outlines:
the parties involved,
amount of funds,
instructions as to when fees can be drawn down,
banking instructions, 
termination of agreement, 
and general agreement clauses.
