This document is a letter of understanding between a Director and Producer (or Production Company). It is used by a Producer to assist in getting a project off the ground without a having to commit to a formal agreement. Most of the deal points will be negotiated in good faith once the project is green lite. A must have for a Producer who wishes to limit their exposure.
